Following fast on the heels of the Gordon Elliott photograph yesterday, social media users woke up this morning to another image of a person straddling a stricken horse.
The video is shot as the stricken horse lay on a gallop. Audio from the video clearly picks up the laughs of the individuals present.
Unfortunately it seems that this particular story has a Wexford connection.
The IHRB in statement this morning say that they are investigating the incident.
