The Department of Education has approved a bus for the children in Ballygarrett/Killenagh to attend Creagh College in Gorey. Bus Eireann will now work to obtain that bus.
Cllr Malcolm Byrne welcomes the news and told WexfordToday.com; “Well done to the parents and children involved for their campaign and I was happy to assist. However, no family should have to go through this. It is something that could be solved with imagination and a child centered approach.”
WexfordToday.com, however, understands that there are still other children in Wexford who are waiting on a school bus service.
