Barnadown based rider, Sophie Richards, and MHS Fernhill (ISH), won the 6yo final of the Irish Sport Horse Stud Book Showjumping Series at the Galway Equestrian on Sunday afternoon.
The winning gelding is by Cardento (HOLST), out of MHS Pembrook Lady (ISH), by Guidam (SF), bred by Ita Brennan in Gowrn, County Kilkenny and owned by well known eventer and producer, Carol Gee.
Their next target is the Irish Breeders Classic this coming weekend which has a prize fund of 33,000 euro.
