Paul Kehoe, Minister of State at the Department of Defence, told WexfordToday, that he expects the final stage of the motorway bypassing Oylegate, to Rosslare Europort, to get underway within 2 years, when he attended this morning’s reception marking the Brittany Ferries sailing of the Kerry from Rosslare Europort to Bilbao.
