Campile Utd 3
Wexford Bohs 2
Campile came from 2 goals down to secure all three points on offer this morning in O’Neill Park on Sunday morning.
Todd Hynes put the visitors in front midway through the first half with a well placed free kick in the bottom corner- it remained that way at the break.
Bohs extended their lead through Sean Pailing in the second half with another well-placed effort. The town side had another couple of chances, that if taken would have secured all three points, but a Campile revival was always on the cards when they were only two behind.
Thomas Kent headed the ball back for Graham Howlin to blast the ball to the top corner to throw Campile a lifeline.
With minutes to go, Substitute, Jason Murphy, leveled the game from close range, not satisfied with the point, Campile pushed on for the winner, PJ Banville crossed for brother Eric to glance the ball to the back of the net.
