A major manhunt is taking place in North Wexford following an armed incident that occurred earlier today.
Gardaí in North Wexford are urgently looking to trace a dark grey/ black Skoda Fabia car (or similar) last seen with two male occupants on board in the North Wexford environs of Gorey town and Clough areas.
These males may have been involved in an armed incident in Gorey earlier today. It is understood that shots were fired at a Garda vehicle in the Craanford district. No injuries were sustained, and the Gardaí withdrew from the area.
Gardai are advising the public NOT to approach these males or the vehicle. Members of the public with information are asked to call 999.
