A third-quarter, Miriam Lambert, strike, gave Wexford all three points, against Weston, in Division 4 of the Leinster League, on Monday night, at a chilly Astro in Enniscorthy.
Louise Fanning put the home-side in front in the opening quarter from a penalty corner, but this was canceled out in the third quarter as Weston leveled the game.
