The Courtyard Intermediate Hurling Championship is surely the most competitive grade in the County as clubs vye for a place at the top table in Senior Hurling.
The grade consists of Crossabeg/Ballymurn, HWH Bunclody, Buffers Alley, Taghmon/Camross, Askamore, Blackwater, Adamstown, Rathgarogue/ Cushinstown, Ballygarrett, Monageer/Boolavogue, St James, and Oylegate/Glenbrien.
Many people expect Oylegate/Glenbrien to bounce back after last year’s shock relegation, a season dogged by injuries, especially when one remembers their semi-final exit at the hands of Naomh Eanna in 2018.
The Oulart-The Ballagh duo of Stephen Doyle and Colin Sunderland take charge of this exciting team, a blend of youth and experience, containing three members of the Wexford panel, the Reck brothers and Seamus Casey, as well as the goal scoring Podge Doran.
